My Purpose

I had an encounter with a drug called benzodiazepine - you may know it as Valium, Xanax or Ativan. I have written My Story and it's allegory Benny, hoping to lend understanding to both the physical and spiritual nature of this drug. Through the process of breaking free from this drug I discovered the wisdom and faithfulness of God to be unfailing.

This is a very powerful drug and though the road one must walk to be free from its negative and potentially deadly effects is difficult, I'm here to say there is life after benzodiazepine. As with any struggle you may think you will never feel "normal" again. You will. I urge you to turn to God for His support. I did. Through His eyes you will see life completely differently. Through this blog I will be sharing my new "view".

I am sharing my story with the desire to encourage and bring hope to others. You may be struggling right now. Or, you may know someone struggling. Those "demons" in life come by many names. Mine was called benzodiazepine.
